I find one of life’s greatest challenges is to be comfortable with who you are as a soul expression and to acknowledge your inner knowing. The wisdom of your soul is unique to every individual and accessible if you would only allow it to come through.
A young child comes into life with full knowledge of ALL that is. Thru generations, we teach it limitations to conform to either culture or societies rules. So they will conform and fit within acceptable expectations.
Our inner beings seek self expression and unlimited possibilities to create, but instead creativity may be frowned upon as illusion of self worth as passed on thru generations. Some break through this emotional patterning and become the leaders, the rest followers. What if? It was accepted that every soul has potential to create all possibilities, and that each one’s soul journey was as important as the next. ALL have the right to create for the highest good of all life.

It is time to recognize that both collectively and personally, we are at a junction, whereas we need to make a conscious choice to thrive or fall back into the victim mindset. Recognize your soul purpose in this chaotic time of energy, reflect, then choose a thought or action that reflects your inner being. Your inner being is the expression of your heart energy, which connects us to all life on this planet.
The Heart-Mind transformation, that results in clarity and expressing your true essence, without the influences of what surrounds you. I ask the question of both myself and others: “ Why are so afraid to live a meaningful existence”? Is it the reflection of our own self-worthiness we need to resolve or the feeling of being a victim to life, because of distracted influences presented by society? When we consider exploring our soul journey as a conscious review, in this incarnation, do it with a clean slate. I decided to restart this blog, in reference to Healing-for- Humanity intentions. After a period of quiet, as i reflected on both the personal and collective and the emotional levels involved in both. How they show up in our realities and our souls need to come to a balance.
The past years have been ones of change. No one wants to change, to move out of our comfortzones and experience Loss or the grieving process. But ultimately all leads to our soul growth, clarity and new perceptions of life and experiences. It also opens our hearts even on a deeper level as we process the experience. Like the phenoix we need to be destroyed of old before we can rise and be recreated from those ashes. This is conscious rebirth. Thru our reflections, we then can take our first step into healing and finding true meaning of life in this new chapter of experience.
Loss and Grief are so intertwined, they can both be applied to mmany facets of life experiences. Not just the loss of a dear one, or could mean loss of a job, home, relationship, health and the list goes on. The emotions of grief kick in with this transformative experience, rocking our complacent lives with questions of why? So many unanswered question, we seek answers from those outside ourselves. Some answers come in form of inspired messages on social media or from enlightened authors whose works add a piece to the unending puzzle . These all have their place in our seeking, but the truest answers come from your inner knowing. When you step back from outward life even for a few minutes each day, you clear your mind from distractions and emotions which surround you. Each day, a daily practice, some call it a daily spiritual practice. Some do already when they take time to pray. It becomes part of your life without effort. You will start to acknowledge those gut feelings that belong to you, or that little voice you hear that leads and gives comfort. You always have freewill. No outside guidance thats not your own spiritual light forces you. Your own inner knowing and guidance will not lead you astray if you listen with your heart.
You can only change your own experience and not fix others. Sometimes just standing by with unconditional love and understand for the support of the individual is what is needed. Holding space is the term used. Being sensitive souls you wish to relieve suffering, but we must respect the journey and lessons chosen to be experienced for their journey.
I shall cut this short for now, but these sharings will be part of a series called circle of life. Aligning with your Sacred Heart space: Place both hands flat on your chest. Feel the warmth and pressure of your hands on your chest and bring your conscious awareness there.
Take a conscious breath and let it go into the space you are holding your hands to. Through your conscious breath you can allow yourself to feel the opening up of your Sacred Heart space. Continue to let go and use your conscious breath to assist you in entering deeper and deeper into this space.
Work with this process daily, gradually expanding and building into the opening of your Sacred Heart space. Each time you do this you are consciously aligning to your Sacred Heart connection, which is 4th/5th/6th dimensional and moving away from your 3rd-dimensional ego mind. This is a time of miracles flowing over all over earth and you need to see that with your own two eyes. Time for your perceptions to change and to see growth thru the chaos. No amount of cajoling is going to get you to the place of believing without a miracle or two displaying their wings for you. Expect your family to be healed and forgiven of all past injustices. Expect your life to run smooth and bountiful. Expect help from every human around you if you so needed it. EXPECT the good to come looking for you; expect to be the favorite child of a loving Universe. Use this gift wisely promoting your own dreams in thought and action. Believe in yourself as you believe in others and watch the Magic dance thru your life. Let the wishes of your life be granted and stop holding them at bay. Create to your full potential and then stretch that ability a little more every day. You were born to do great things remember that every day and act accordingly.
